I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

3-4 WOT Shift Issue

Hi,

I am in Australia, have a customers 2010 HSV GTS (basically G8) with LS3 with small cam, 1900 supercharger making approx 550rwhp. I have fitted it with a 6L90E trans. Currently the trans tune has 50% increase in torque delivered EQ and another 20% in airmass. Tried a few other combinations of this but what is in there seemed to get it to shift the best. Since then only have made minor modifiactions to the shift times and pressures.

Our concern is the 3-4 WOT shift, in sport, appears if it is hitting the rev limiter early, around 6200rpm and then slowly makes the shift into 4th. Rev limiter is set at 7200rpm, all other WOT gear changes are fine and no issues with any gear changes during normal or spirited driving around town.

I have attached the current tune, HP Tuners, if you need to have a look at it. Any ideas for the next step to solve the problem would be a great help.
