Rebuilt trans , how to calculate clutch fill ?

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.

Is there any way , or do you have a method to calculate the "RIGHT" amount of adjustment for clutch fill ?
Let's say you have a built a box and the clutch tolerances are smaller or larger than factory - Is this something you do by "feel" or is it something you can you look / measure and then using this data make the correct adjustment in the tune file ?

Also , are you able to explain the off-going clutch tables
