I have a 2011 CTS V that is currently making around 740/760 on boost only and also has a nitrous outlet spray bar kit. Haven't sprayed the car yet cause I am trying to get the Trans to shift on just boost. I have adjusted the oncoming pressures and reset the adaptives like has been suggested. I am still having problems mainly on the 3-4 shift but a little on the 2-3. I have it commanded to shift at 6600 and my rev limiter at 7200. It will sometimes hit the limiter on the 2-3 shift and will hang on the limiter for a second or two on the 3-4 shift before it finally shifts. The motor has around 1500 miles on it and when I did the motor swap I changed the fluid put an extra quart in it and put a brand new converter in it as well. Any suggestions on what to try next for the tune?

I will make one calibration change for an additional $100 per change. For example, changing a shift point for a given gear is $100 vs changing a shift point and a pressure setting would be $200. That value can be used towards the full custom tuning price.
